ROBBY GORDON “I didn’t hear anything from my crew chief after the first lap on the radio so I figured it wasn’t very good. On the second lap I stepped it up, but I went into turn three too deep and locked up the left front tire. I’d like another shot at it tomorrow because I think we have more in the car, especially if I can get it through three and four smoother. But I hear we have rain on the way, looks like it’s becoming a tradition this season in NASCAR for Saturday.”
