Texas – April 2, 2000

Fort Worth , TX – Texas turned out to be a carbon copy of the Atlanta event less than a month earlier. Gordon struggled to find speed on Friday, then found it Saturday morning with a change in gearing and shocks. But rains washed away second round qualifying and Gordon was sent home.
